(745 reviews) Stayed here for 6 nights. Room clean and as only used as a place to sleep and shower was perfect. Amenities all working in the room. Staff polite and helpful. We had breakfast once and were not impressed, hot food was luke warm and all the fruit was tinned fruit nothing fresh. We ate out every day other than that. Hotel in walking distance to many attractions and if not front desk can order a taxi which was no more than a 4 min wait. We suggest you take a card from the Hotel with you to show taxis for coming back as only one knew where it was. Had a great stay and Rome was wonderful. (26 reviews) This hotel is comfortable and clean. The reception and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very near the central train station. While our room was spacious and comfortable, the door to an adjoining suite allowed so much noise - we could hear the neighbours as if they were in our room. Additionally, we were given a mini-bar price list, but no actual fridge in the room. They also have a rule of not bringing any food back to your room! The safe also did not work. There was a split of AC/heat, a large closet and desk. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast started at 8am. It consisted of very tasty pastries, yoghurt, and cereal in a nicely decorated room by reception. I would recommend the hotel as a clean, comfortable place to stay but definitely minimalist. And perhaps other rooms are better sound-proofed than ours was... (186 reviews) When searching for a hotel we selected the Palazzo Nainer because of the central location and the reviews from previous guests. This hotel is a great Boutique property that the staff make it outstanding! From Carmen at the front desk allowing our early check in when our rooms were ready and suggesting the tastiest ( and warning of the worst) restaurants. Hajji from the restaurant greeting us with a cappuccino and positive beginning to every day, until the our last day when Madeleine took over with a great personality and making sure the buffet had a good variety. We were able to start our day meeting our tour groups at the Piazza del Popolo or grabbing a taxi within a few steps by the twin churches in the event of a long distance meeting place. There also is a terminal across the piazza and through the Porta del Popolo. The bed was comfortable, smart television with streaming options, and each room has unique features and designed uniquely for each of the room classes. Our room type was the Deluxe Room.
