(27 reviews) This hotel is comfortable and clean. The reception and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very near the central train station. While our room was spacious and comfortable, the door to an adjoining suite allowed so much noise - we could hear the neighbours as if they were in our room. Additionally, we were given a mini-bar price list, but no actual fridge in the room. They also have a rule of not bringing any food back to your room! The safe also did not work. There was a split of AC/heat, a large closet and desk. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast started at 8am. It consisted of very tasty pastries, yoghurt, and cereal in a nicely decorated room by reception. I would recommend the hotel as a clean, comfortable place to stay but definitely minimalist. And perhaps other rooms are better sound-proofed than ours was... (641 reviews) Great location in the heart of Rome. Most major attractions are within walking distance — about 25 minutes to the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon, 10 minutes to the Spanish Steps, and around 35 minutes to the Colosseum (or 15 minutes by metro). The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was cleaned and the bed made every day. The hotel is clean, well presented, and located on the second floor. The shower was spacious and we appreciated the free water dispenser with reusable bottles provided. Breakfast is simple but enough to start the day. The only minor issues were that the ground floor buzzer didn’t seem to work on arrival, and the underside of the decorative bed runner had a stain. Overall, a comfortable stay in a very convenient location.
