The hotel staff, above everything else, was exceptional. The best part of our group's stay. We had thirty members of our group stay at Mirasole for a five-day reunion. It became our base of operations. Of course, there were unplanned changes in schedule and special requests, but in every instance the Mirasole staff response was above and beyond our expectations. From Daniela, the Manager, to Silvia and Federica at the reception desk, to Francesco and Rino and the wait staff, it was truly a team effort to help make our reunion a success. And it was. The catered dinner was especially well done. Thank you for your helping to make our "Return to Gaeta" something we will all long remember.

Likes: . Very close to a fantastic beach as well as half hour walk to the old town. . A lot to see near the hotel. Dislikes: . Pool was closed as of September, but this is not communicated when booking. One of the reasons i went there was the pool they have and advertised. Not sure why pool was closed if A/C is still running. . Shower temperature fluctuations were extreme. Water would get very hot then very cold. . No draft beer or good tequila in the bar. Bar man did not seem to have much knowledge of drinks. I know it is a wine country, but the availability should be there.

The property was nice and in a great location, close to the beach, historical areas and walkable to restaurants and shops. My overall review is only good, because the air did not work in our room and it was extremely hot all night long. We called the front desk a few time and they couldn’t do anything about it, however I am sure there was an empty room we could have been moved to. I booked it based on recommendations from family that stayed previously and would try it again if I’m ever in the area.

A lovely hotel with an excellent location. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast was very enjoyable. The bell staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. However, my experience with some members of the front desk team was less positive. At times, interactions felt unwelcoming, and I did not feel acknowledged when approaching the desk with questions. On a few occasions, there appeared to be a lack of engagement or eye contact, which made the service feel somewhat impersonal. Overall, the hotel offers strong accommodations and amenities, but there is an opportunity to improve consistency in front desk hospitality.
