The room wasn’t to the expectations as seen in the pictures

We went for this place to enjoy the beach, beach resort - this was a wellness spa and the beach is messed up with port construction- a massive part of the beach is gone. They need to make people aware of this, I would not recommend this as a beach resort - it is a wellness resort - the fact that it is on the beach is just - wrong advertising. I would like my money back based on inaccessible beach. Rest of the resort amenities are good. The SPA is amazing. Food is good and the staff are super polite.

Staff was amazing. So gracious and responsive. Tripti at the reception really helped out when my daughter was not feeling well and was ever helpful. Saritha, Vishnu and Anamika were amazing with house keeping and took care of all our needs.

Review: Hotel Gokula Grand Turtle, Kovalam We stayed in a suite at Hotel Gokula Grand Turtle in Kovalam, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The ambience was warm and inviting, the food was delicious, and the management and staff were thoroughly professional and courteous. A highlight of our stay was participating in the Onam Sadya—it truly felt like celebrating Onam away from home, filled with warmth and tradition. I would especially like to mention a few team members who made our stay memorable: The front desk team – for the warm welcome and helpful introduction. The room attendants – for being exceptionally efficient, attentive, and caring. The General Manager and his colleagues – for their personal attention, with a special mention for their active involvement in organizing the Onam Sadya. The restaurant team – for their excellent service and genuine hospitality. Excellent value for money – the overall experience, from the suite to the service and dining, far exceeded our expectations and offered a truly premium experience. If I were to offer one constructive suggestion, it would be to give the property a slight facelift—a little maintenance upkeep would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience. That said, the natural surroundings more than make up for it. You can easily spend hours listening to the waves, watching fishermen at work, or enjoying tourist boats gliding across the sea. Extremely courteous staff. Lovely facility

Overall hotel is good. But an incident happened, my wife and daughter were staying and after checkout, she was booking uber for technopark, and the security guard insisted her that the auto standing in front is known to them and it's better to in auto, she believed and asked price and he said don't worry we are local and won't charge more and will be taken according to meter. When they reached he asked 2000 rs. And then argument stared (uber Go it's 300 approx). Then he asked 500 rs and when when given he again started to ask more and put both of them in danger. Panicked she called a auto next to them and when that guy arrived this auto guy ran away. Clearly there is Scam happening and watchman and Hotel have commision for that. Hence for family I won't advise here. Too risky
