We had very peasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are neat and clean. Food quality was also good. Very nicely located. Just 100 meter of Aerocity and Mall.

This is an excellent hotel. They know what 5 star actually means: cleanliness, efficiency, attention to detail and exceptional service. I was really impressed. A hotel like this deserves the right kind of guests, those who are equally courteous and show respect for the property. I would advise travellers to be respectful of the property and not feel entitled to do what they wish and act as they wish. Hotels don’t stay world class by themselves, they require guests who show respect and courtesy to the staff and the property. I hope that will be the case with this hotel.

I was travelling with my 8-year-old son and, at the time of check-out, he suddenly developed a severe nosebleed. Coming from a medical background, I remained calm and asked the receptionist for some ice and water. What concerned me was the apparent lack of urgency or recognition that this could potentially be a medical situation. There was little response to my initial request, and it was only when I asked again and specifically explained that this could become a medical emergency that someone was asked to bring ice. Even then, it was not brought promptly, and despite asking for water, none was offered. My concern goes beyond how my son's nosebleed was handled. The experience made me question how prepared the front-of-house team would be if a guest experienced a more serious medical emergency, such as a collapse or cardiac event. Staff in a hotel of Fairmont's stature should be able to recognise a potential medical emergency, respond promptly and know when and how to escalate the situation. At the time, I also asked for the details of a manager so that I could raise my concerns directly. To date, however, no one from the hotel has contacted me or followed this up, which has added to my disappointment. Thankfully, my son was fine, but the incident highlighted what appeared to be a concerning lack of basic emergency awareness and responsiveness. I would strongly encourage the hotel to review the first-aid and emergency-response training provided to its front-of-house staff,
