Excellent service! Beautiful hotel. Pictures don’t do justice. This place is beautiful

The location is great, the hotel itself is also very good. The breakfast / restaurant location is very enjoyable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was also very nice and the bed very comfortable. The rooftop location by the pool could benefit from additional shade / parasols. This is a minor point but the hotel could do more to disguise the view on the outside air conditioning units when up on the rooftop (not visible from all areas however). Overall a very good hotel in a good location.

Loved staying at this hotel. The room was clean, the food was great and the staff are all so friendly.

Muy buen lugar para quedarse en Cartagena. Limpio, tranquilo, buenos desayunos y lo mejor las personas que trabajan en el hotel. Todos muy apropiados y se esmeran por complacer a sus huéspedes.

Corales de Indias es un hotel muy impresionante. El cuarto de separé era más bien como un apartamento, era muy espacioso y contaba con vista al mar, balcón y hasta dos televisores. Los empleados de limpieza hicieron un buen trabajo, diariamente manteniendo el cuarto en óptimas condiciones. El hotel cuenta con 3 piscinas y una de ellas equipada con atracciones para niños. El jacuzzi estuvo muy bueno también. Además disfrutamos del servicio de spa del hotel y estuvo muy relajante con exfoliación, baño turco, sauna y masaje. Recomiendo el servicio de parejas. El hotel en general, estuvo muy bien. Lo único que encontré para mejorar fueron dos aspectos: creo que necesitan incluir líquidos y snacks de manera gratuita en ese nivel de costo del cuarto. Cuentan con nevera pero si consumes los líquidos y los snacks que te dejan en el cuarto, tienes un costo adicional que te cargan a la cuenta del cuarto. Además, tuvimos problemas con la puerta del cuarto en donde constantemente el sistema de cerradura aunque reconocía la tarjeta, no abría la puerta y la puerta en sí estaba descuadrada de manera que había que empujar fuerte para abrirla. Aparte de estos dos aspectos, toda la experiencia fue excelente. Muy buen hotel con buena localidad a pocos minutos del centro hitórico. Lo recomiendo.
