Well first was a disaster they put me in a room that the ac wasn’t working after unpacking and then someone went to check the ac after they told me the motor and that they was going to put me in another room smh after packing and unpacking again they gave me a room that is for handicap the room smelled bad carpet so dirty it was a nasty and ugly room and there again I told my husband to go and say something cause it was ridiculous and after he spoked someone at the front he told them look we tired driving I don’t think you want to come to the hotel and get rooms that one the ac wasn’t working and then the other was nasty. So they gave him an upgraded room nice room and an $60 credit not a lot for the trouble and the bad experience we went through.and the rest of the stay it was okay and the staff very nice ppl.
