There was no chair nor table in our room, and we had some trouble determining how to turn off the light on the wall behind the television. We went to the desk late at night about needing help, but all we got was there is a button somewhere on the side of the refrigerator. But no-one would come to the room and help us find the button. The button was buried under the plug for a coffee pot. Also, the telephone would not work, but the guys at the night desk told us there was nothing wrong with the phones. It turned out that none of the hotel's room phone were working. I think it was the next afternoon that the phones were in operational,
