Hyatt Place in San Antonio River Walk is a truly great hotel! It's very close to many restaurants along the Riverwalk, but most importantly the staff working there is the most courteous I have ever met!!

The rooms are really clean easy access to the river walk. Rooms were cleaned everyday the only thing is the bathroom could of been a little bigger other than that no issues at all good place to stay

This hotel is in a wonderful location, close to the attractions we wanted to visit and easily accessible by walking along the River Walk right outside. It’s also tucked away from the busy areas, making it peaceful and quiet for a great night’s sleep. It will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit San Antonio. Looking forward to staying here again!

Had a great two night stay. Staff is helpful, parking is reasonable compared to other area hotels, everything was clean, breakfast was great and it is a shirt strolll to the Riverwalk and about 15-20 minute walk to the Astrodome. Only negative is the bathroom was REALLY small, but I would definitely choose this property again!

I had a great stay at Hyatt Place San Antonio/Riverwalk! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the River Walk and nearby attractions. The hotel felt safe and well maintained, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting San Antonio!

The hotel is in a great area, right on the River Walk but away from the busy areas. The hotel was clean, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We did have to pay for parking, but it wasn’t very expensive.

Good property. Good location. Not sure I will stay there again because the bathroom was so small that you could not shut the door. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told that all the rooms were that way. The architect should have been fired. It was the only thing that spoiled the stay.

The property was very clean, room was spacious, bed was extremely soft and comftorble and rhe breakfast was delicious! The only thing I didn’t like was there was only an outdoor pool, but other than that this hotel was perfect for my family of 4 and smack dab in the middle of downtown close to everything. I will be coming back here next time I’m in town!
