Everything and the staff were excellent. The location was near to buses and the Parc de L’ongerie. The only trouble we had was with the room keys. Everyday we had to request a new one. Everyday we couldn’t get into the room and had to go back to the front desk for a new key.

We really enjoyed this hotel and had a lovely stay. The air conditioning worked very well! The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel restaurant was excellent as well. The convenience of being right by the train station made it a great jumping off point for travels throughout the region. It was a bit of a walk to the old town, but we were there during a heatwave. It probably wouldn’t have felt so far in better weather. There is a free tourist bus that runs around town during the day. Also - the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable!

My husband was very disappointed with the breakfast which he had to pay for. They weren’t shown to correct breakfast room and in the room they were sitting in (reserved for a coach party) there was hardly any breakfast left!

Exquisite service and superb food (even in the bistro, as the restaurant was closed on Monday😒)

Everything was impeccable. The breakfast was a huge highlight - one of the best I’ve had anywhere. We will be back for sure! The only aspect which was surprising is that there is no shower in the bathroom - it’s a bath (a really nice one) with a shower head handle you can use to rince your hair. Not a big deal but something to keep in mind when you visit.

We were visiting during a heat wave and the rule is that you can set the AC, 5 degrees lower then the outside temperature. Needless to say it wasn't a pleasant evening sleeping, when it was 95 degrees outside. Americans would say there was no AC but there, it's just a hot day. I would have liked a top sheet on the bed instead of a fluffy duvet. The ice machine was broken on our floor, and no refrigerator in the room. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. There is not a lot around this hotel. The restaurant was just ok. They charged you the cost of the buffet breakfast which was 25 Euros for coffee. It is convenient to the airport and they have a shuttle.
