We loved our stay, it is a very quiet family run hotel. The staff are lovely but sometimes hard to find anyone maybe a low season thing. We stayed in beachfront villa which was very big, bathroom/shower was outside which is cute but attached lots of mosquitoes. Coiled were lit daily but they do run out/don’t stop all. Some of the friendliest staff we've encountered and our room was amazing. The gym is fully equipped with everything needed for a good workout. We will definitely miss the ocean views and infinity pool. Definitely plan on staying here again when we come back to Ko Samui. Highly recommended! The staff were very friendly and attentive without hovering. The pools by the beach were beautiful, clean, and pleasant to sit by. The beach is small but private. We found a couple of really delicious restaurants to walk to. Massages both at the Outrigger and nearby were fabulous. It was easy to get a taxi right at the entrance to the hotel.
