(187 reviews) We enjoyed the stay and the staff were very friendly. However, due to a flight cancellation we arrived a day after our check-in date. I did send the hotel a message advising them of this and asking if they could do anything about the (all inclusive) cost but received NO response. The day we checked out we were told that we would have to pay for any food and drink consumed after the 11:00 check-out time! We raised the fact that we had not been able to have anything in the first day as we were delayed to which they agreed we could have lunch but no drinks, despite the fact that in theory we could have drink as much as we wanted while we were there. This left us with a bad feeling, and the view that the management don’t actually care about their guests. The staff are very friendly and cater to all needs. Such a lovely place to be to relax and enjoy the all-inclusive vibes. All staff are smiling and show so much care towards you. We were specially looked after by Abdallah who mostly works in Ginger bar and also Ibrahim who works in the restaurant. They looked after us so well. They made us feel at home, I wished we had stayed longer! It was my fiance’s birthday and they made it as special as possible, they made him his favourite dish and had a birthday song performance that left him beaming from ear to ear. It was truly a memorable stay at Zanzi. A beautiful hideaway from the world, the villa was spectacular and private. We look forward to coming back again.
