I can’t wait to stay at Lumiares again. The check in process was fast and friendly, the attendant walked me to my room and showed me around, the room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable, the Lumi Rooftop (its vibe, staff, food and drinks) was absolutely incredible, it’s located in a fantastic location- walkable to many beautiful sight seeing stops and shops (including the 2nd largest ZARA in the world). The spa was really nice too- had a fantastic deep tissue massage by a male masseuse and used the sauna room. Everything in their property is immaculate! This is it! Whenever I stay in Lisbon I will make this my home.

Hotel was central to a lot of tourist site. Receptions were great

What a wonderful stay. From start to finish we were so well looked after. The service was excellent along with the breakfasts and entertainment. Freddie the peacock was sensational showing off each day displaying his feathers. Our room was beautiful with everything we needed and more. Sintra Marmoris Palace has high standards and we highly recommend a stay. Special thanks to all staff but especially João who gave us so many ideas for our stay. Pros: the staff is very friendly and helpful! They assisted us with arranging taxi transport for pick up when we arrived and also an early morning departure. Great, simple fresh breakfast was wonderful. Con: it is quite an incline from where an uber / bolt can pick up and drop off to the hotel front door which can be challenging with any rolling luggage or if anyone with physical limitations. Lastly found ants in my bed the last night :/ Overall great space! Just be aware of some of the drawbacks.

Very unique and chic decor. The rooms were small but nice. The beds were more comfortable than another five star hotel in the area that I stayed at. The shower was great and had a wonderful water pressure. It was nice to have a 24-hour sauna and steam room on site.

This hotel is absolutely charming; high end without being snooty. The staff is great and the amenities are perfect. The Library and balcony seating is wonderful. The breakfast area, whether outside or inside is delightful. Can't say enough about this gem of a hotel.

My room was clean and the breakfast was very good and people at front desk were very nice all of them

This was a quick overnight stay before heading to the airport the next morning. The staff was super helpful and accommodating to our slightly early arrival. There was excellent communication prior to our arrival and during our stay. The room was super cute and comfortable, and the fridge was stocked with water (that you had to pay for, but nice to have the option). Overall, I would recommend this place.

La habitación limpia, ubicación excelente, personal muy atento y amable. El desayuno regular , al menos tomé café. Volvería a quedarme.
