This 210m2 apartment, located on the 11th floor by lift, has a prime location, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the river and bridge right from the comfort of your home. The living room is well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second and third have two single beds. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The three bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Lisbon is Portugal's hilly, coastal capital city. The view from the imposing São Jorge Castle encompasses the old city's pastel-coloured buildings, Tagus Estuary and Ponte 25 de Abril suspension bridge. Nearby, the National Azulejo Museum displays five centuries of decorative ceramic tiles. Just outside Lisbon is a string of Atlantic beaches, from Cascais to Estoril. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Restelo, is just a 2-minute walk away. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Property manager was prompt with their responses until the time of checkin. We were told that we could checkin at 1500 hrs not before, we arrived 10 minutes early and had to wait for almost 2 hours standing in the sun on roadside for the keys. Property manager did not respond to our messages, Vrbo responded but no action was taken by them to help us with the checkin. Location of property is fine, few departmentL store are close by. House was very clean and very well maintained, we loved our stay as a family. There is no air-conditioning in the house, which was not a problem for us.
