There was nothing wrong with the staff, they were polite & helpful, the location was perfect for us as we went to Disney four days out of our trip. I was disappointed in the fact that one night we came back from Disney and outside our room smelled like weed as well as a heavy police presence near our building. The police were looking for someone and I had my son with me. That wasn’t fun explaining to him. Also, my room had an issue with the ac however maintenance came within about 15 mins and fixed it. Like I said, the staff were professional and polite. And also, I found two bugs in my room. I’m not sure what kind but I don’t like bugs. I used to stay here all the time as a child but I don’t think we will be back.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The property was clean and well stocked.

The shower needs grab bars. The toilet needs to be taller ... it's like sitting on the floor.

The staff was attentive and the communication was great. They text you after check-in and if you need anything you can text them back. Great stay. Wish we found sooner for lodging for The Summit. Rooms are clean. Central AC is great.

Everything was out of date. It actually smelled old in the room like unclean. The first room we we given it smelled old and the closet had an big open hole in it and the door was off the hinges laying on the ground
