Property was great only reason it wasn’t a 5 star review is they have early closings of waterpark and bars. The place could really be better about providing times for all amenities without having to go to them. That being said the staff is friendly room was very nice and family friendly things to do. We will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed this property. Even though it was large, it didn’t feel overwhelming. Starbucks on site, plenty of pools, nice paths to each building. Very friendly staff. Ricardo at front desk and Spencer at concierge were very personable. Fitness centre and arcade were great. The location was so convenient to get everywhere we wanted to go. Even though our room wasn’t renovated yet (others have been) we were still very happy with the space. The only thing that I’d say was not “perfect” is that at the main pool - since there aren’t any lifeguards - one night (out of six) some groups got a little rowdy by throwing several balls in the pool taking up a lot of space and being overly loud - and many kids were cannonballing in the shallow end which can be dangerous. This didn’t ruin our fun though. Highly recommend.

Resort is beautiful. Worst experience was the check in. Arrived at 3:30pm was told the room was being cleaned & we would get a call. The call never came and we then called & was told the room was still not ready. After going to the lobby we finally got a room at close to 6pm. The pools are hot like a Hot Tub.

Everything was great although restaurants were not close but walkable distance. Loved the free breakfast amazing choices and complementary drinks and snacks

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The whole place is beautiful. kids love the pool area. I definitely would come back again in the future.

Well appointed facility. The kayaks, canoes and paddle boats were nice to use while spending time at the facility.
