Loveeed everything about the stay! Very clean, loved the pool! Customer service top tier!! Celebrated my husband’s 40th and they upgraded our room to a suite!!

Stayed here for three nights for a quick first time Austin getaway. I was already happy with the services even before arriving based on a couple of phone call request. Angela the front desk staff was an absolute gem. Professional, kind, friendly, everything an employer would want from their employee. THANK YOU!! The property was beautiful, the decor and location were all great. We had a great time. Thank you Austin and thank you HVZ

Wouldn’t change a thing! Hotel, the room, the staff, the restaurants, the pool, the bed and the list goes on. One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

The room was noisy from outside traffic but they did provide ear plugs however if you’re not used to using them they can be uncomfortable to wear. Hotel was excellent and staff was so nice! Will ask for another room facing away from the traffic next time

A hidden gem. Beautiful, clean rooms, fluffy clean sheets, new towels, hard wood floors, we also got a private balcony. A speaker in the room is a nice touch, the staff was nice. Front desk doesn't answer the phone sometimes if they're busy but they call right back. Would stay here again!
