Great place to stay near the marina

Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet (on 20th floor), beautiful lobby, wonderful location, gorgeous views in and around property. Loved the harbour front walkway. Would stay there again.

Clean rooms, superb facility, outstanding staff and customer service. The spa is excellent. All amenities are great. Live music in the lobby bar area. Room service is great. The food was also great. Will definitely be coming back to Fairmont.

Clean room, friendly staff. Personal privacy could be improved upon. For example, not reading aloud the room number someone is staying in and the number of people staying while other people are in the lobby and also checking in.

Clean room and staff very welcoming

Room was very spacious and clean although slightly dated. Beds were super comfy. Pool is not worth the visit (in basement and very dingy) unless you have children and want a bit of entertainment for them. Bar and restaurant are great and food delicious, although service was slow which resulted in us cancelling our dessert. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Laundry room was very handy as we were travelling for a few weeks however TV and computer advertised as time fillers while waiting for your laundry were all out of service. Hotel is well positioned to access downtown, Stanley Park and the Aquarium.
