Eveything was good! Room was clean & staff were very helpful

The staff is always so lovely and helpful. Location is great with quick access to buses and trains. Building is going through some maintenance - one elevator was not working, entrance on Georgia Street was closed, making you access through the alleyway where valet drivers zip around.

Excellent central hotel with great service and easy access to all of Vancouver.

Our flight arrived early and the staff were very accommodating in allowing us to check in early rather than at 4pm. The room was clean and spacious for a room on a high floor.

This is a cute hotel/motel type property. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and have everything you require. Unfortunately, in my room (which was directly onto Burrard Street), the curtains were about an inch too short, allowing light to stream in all night. I managed to stuff some pillows under them to try and block most of it out, but it made for an unrestful sleep. The amenities in the room are great, but some attention to detail (such as the coffee maker being unplugged) meant I had to pull the fridge out before I could make coffee in the early morning. Overall, the property is great for a one-night stay and affordable for a central Vancouver location.
