My stay at The Cardiff Hotel & Spa in Runaway Bay is a true gem. The staff was warm and attentive, making me feel welcome.
Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with reliable amenities. The property was beautiful with some amazing views. We did not go into the pool, but I visited the beach and had a wonderful time in the water.
We had breakfast at the well‑kept dining area, and it was so, so delicious; the food was 10/10.
Overall, it’s a peaceful retreat with excellent service and great value. Highly recommended.

Very good property the only issue I have is the lack of customer service when it comes to requests of things for the room. You have to request multiple times before someone brings it to you that goes for room service, housekeeping, bellman, etc!

food in the Japanese restaurant was not worth the hype. Too much noise there also, especially with the banging of the spatula on the grill.
Buffet restaurant over at our hotel - Selection was marvelous, and the staff were super attentive.
Room was lovely, comfy, spacious, beautiful.
Lazy river pool was delightful.
