Rooms were clean, hotel well maintained, all staff were courteous and helpful. I would say the photos online are a bit touched up though to make it look more modern than it is. There were definitely parts that make it feel 3 star, including the bathroom, flimsy furniture. For the price, a great stay though.

I didn't spend too much time there- i was traveling so I spent a lot of time out of the room. However whenever I needed something, the staff was extremely helpful. As a solo traveler, i felt safe. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Phoenix! They even offer luggage storage which was a plus, gave me time to check out and see colors before I headed home for my pm flight.

"Super 8 apparently sold this property to Valley Inn. When I showed up, I was informed that they did not have my reservation, even though Expedia charged my card and sent me a confirmation email. Neither Super 8 nor Expedia informed me. Absolutely terrible and unacceptable communication."
