"Did not have breakfast "

"The check in was terrible, we got there around 11:00 and pre-checked in at the desk and they said they would text us when our room was ready. We went to lunch ran errands etc, never heard from them, went back at 4:00, room was cleaned but not inspected so they called someone. Waited another 50 minutes before we asked again and was told it still wasn’t inspected so it was now 5:00, an hour past check in time. The bedding and things were clean but the rooms in the north building are old and need to be updated, old disgusting carpet, bad fixtures and just overall kind of falling apart etc. The pool in the north building was ok, could have been cleaner and the swim up bar that is no longer functioning was gross with its standing and junk floating in the water. The “water park” was nice and the wait staff was nice as well up there. There is a lot of construction going on so maybe these additions will make this a better resort in the coming months/years for the price. "

"Nice place, plenty of bedrooms but some are not that nice and far from the center of the house. At least 4 are in a dorm style room in a separate house. Pool area is very nice, and main living room is great. Good location. Management company was a little slow to respond. "

"Easy, yes. Secure, my car was not bothered. But I didn't feel it was that secure. Not the best part of town, and a lot of foot traffic in that area."

"Wendy, at the front desk, really made our trip so pleasant and memorable! She was so personable and went out of her way to help us with any questions. You can always ask if you need more towels, coffee, or a room refresh. The room was extremely quietwhich as a light sleeper. I appreciated. The hotel is in a mall so it is so easy to run over to Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s if you need any snacks. And there are great restaurants also within a two minute walk- so the location is perfect! It was 12 minute drive to the airport during rush-hour. It’s North of the city so easy to hop on the highway to go up to Sedona or head east to Lake Saguaro."
