Hotel Staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very clean, the only problem in our room was the bath was very slippery and unsafe for our age group so we hardly made use of it. The breakfast was very very good with good choices.

Great base for exploring Jersey with the main Bus station and the center of St Helier on your doorstep.

The staff were very attentive.

The first room we stayed in was on level 5 it had no air conditioning and was extremely hot. We were told that the hotel was full so we couldn’t move to another room. The window was very small and only opened a few inches. We asked again 2 days later and were given another fan. However, it just blew the hot air around very noisily. After not being unable to sleep on the fourth day we asked again about another room and we moved to a room on the first floor with really quite and effective air conditioning. Neither of the rooms had a fridge and both had windows that only opened a few inches. However, half way through our stay we were told we could sign a safety form and the windows could be then fully opened. On our last day we heard that we could have requested a fridge. Surely all rooms should have air conditioning and a small fridge. These things sadly spoiled our stay in a 4 star hotel with an excellent spa and restaurant

We ĺoved everything!

Nice hotel and rooms very spacious and clean. Unfortunately we were on the 3rd floor and the lift was broken, quite a hike!! Very noisy during weekend as guests all sat around pool area and didn’t consider other residents with noise level well into the early hours, which travelled all around, surprised residents in surrounding houses didn’t complain.was near town centre though and some really nice restaurants nearby.
