Clean and warm although the room was perhaps a little tired looking, obvious sign of a recent leak in the ceiling( top floor)

Room was in good condition and bed excellent. The heating was poor and the wall heater made noises but didn't work. A few issues regarding not emptying bins and replacing cups, but overall everything was satisfactory. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were given a complimentary breakfast on the last morning, it was very enjoyable. Thank you. Monique & Stuart

Parking was on the street and shops were a bit of a walk away. Room was clean, although it slipped off to one side!

Absolutely a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful, the food was delious and the bar was ...well a bar. Great pool and spa and gym. Very convenient for shopping. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Parking was awkward as we had to park in the back. The hotel was over priced for what we got, due to the location. The bed could use two more pillows. Hotel appeared slightly run down, older, and for the price, you’d hope they’d slap on some new paint at least.

Beautiful spot, great sauna and plunge pool! Really lovely staff!
