Parking was perfect, your own space in a secure underground garage. Apartment was spacious, clean, light, very comfortable. Cleaned and made up daily. Outdoor pools were warm, not heated but it was September and still very warm, gardens were exceptionally well kept. Really helpful staff, a minor mechanical issue resolved in less then 20mins by the maintenance team. Would definitely visit again.

The hotel exceeded our expectations by far: awsome staff- very friendly and immediate accomodations on any request,great location close to metro, free parking,room and furniture design alike at5+ stars resort, good variety and high quality of food at breakfast, spotless clean room!
Special thank you for Carlos who helped us. His sense of humor made our days every time we are in/out of hotel. thank you all! amazing stay!

The hotel is in a great location. Staff were nice to talk to and helpful as well. The toilet paper quality was terrible, it immediately disintegrated. A 4star hotel can afford better ones I guess!!
Also, they charge $3 for room service. What!?! I was so surprised
