Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and everything was thoughtfully organized.
What really stood out was how personal and special they made our experience. It was my daughter’s birthday, and to our surprise, they left her a handwritten note along with a cake and candle waiting in the room. Such a thoughtful touch that made her day unforgettable.
Every detail was well thought of, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly memorable stay.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't rate this hotel as a 5 star. The rooms are outdated, the AC is not very functional and there were ants in the bathroom.
The breakfast is OK, but it's unfortunate that it is in a convential hall when they have nicer dining areas in the hotel.
