I would have put a 4,5 out of 5. Here’s why: Pros: - Good location, near the beach and the superstores - Very nice amenities such as the pool which is open 24h, AC and free parking. -Some free food to eat for breakfast Cons: -They’re not very responsive when you try to message them by the Expedia app. The day before our arrival, I advised them that we were going to arrive late at night. A few hours before my arrival, I still had no answer so I decided to search for their website in order to find a way to get the check-in information. I communicated with the lady by whatsapp and it was all good after that. However, It was a bit stressful to be in this situation because since it’s a self check-in, not having the codes to access the place at 11h30 p.m would have been unpleasant. Having the codes in advance at least a day before would have been much better.

Close to alvor, nice pool , large grounds.

The beds should be changed for more comfort. If your guests don’t have a good night sleep they will not be happy.

Villa was moldy but tolerable for the weekend. Sheets had stains. Housekeeping didn't do much. Breakfast left much to be desired. Check-in was empty when we arrived and no staff was able to tell us where to go to check in or when the desk would be staffed. They don't answer the phone. I requested late check out which was accepted and I put do not disturb on the door. Housekeeping still barged in and woke us up and was annoyed we hadn't left. Overall it could've been worse.

Hotel was okay for a short trip. The hotel was dated and was definitely not a 5 star. Personally think 3 star at max. Food was okay but would definitely advise booking the specialty restaurants over the buffet if all inclusive.

Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack
