I really like this hotel, despite it being closed for seasonal work. The phone lines were down during my stay, which made it hard during my stay to contact the front desk. Other than that it was beautiful! I’m for sure coming back

I had a wonderful check in at this beautiful hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. They even surprised me with a room upgrade, which was such a thoughtful touch. I walked into a spotless, beautifully arranged room that exceeded my expectations. The service, cleanliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. I would absolutely come back again—highly recommend

Dont sleep on the east side if u want to sleep in, needs black out shades. Towels and toilet paper suck as usual and the shower had dirty foot prints. Casino was great and so was the food and service staff A+

It was ok. When we arrived there was a sink with standing water in it and a candy wrapper floating in it. Our bathroom door, that was a shared Jack and Jill style bathroom with another bedroom, wouldn’t close all the way, and it took us lifting the door to be able to lock it. It took about a minute and a half to be able to lock the doors. Cable didn’t work in the main living room. There was multiple people in and out all week trying to figure out the problem. The pool was good temperature. Everything was just OK. Probably won’t book again.
