" This was the worst place ever we did a late check in they did not tell us about their parking policy so in the middle of the night our truck was towed because of no back in parking. The tow cost me $150. the free breakfast was terrible the beds were uncomfortable and the room was so in clean with black mold in the bathroom it took about six weeks to get a refund on the towing bill because I complained like hell we also called the cops that morning when my truck was towed. "Everything was cool, they held $30 deposit for a couple days, no biggie, way lower price than others around the area. Room was clean, shower head kinda sucked. I'm about 6ft3 and I had to duck down to wash my hair and upper body... Nice hot water too. Nobody bothered me, or my friends. Can't smoke in the rooms but that's pretty much the norm for that now. Great location close the mall, casinos, restaurants are all over that area. Will definitely stay again .. Thank you ....... "

"I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights while in town for a funeral. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating during a difficult time. I really appreciated being able to stay in the same room each night, which made things much easier. The pool was nice, and the breakfast was decent – the bagels and boiled eggs hit the spot. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel. "

"This was a non smoking room but it reeked of smoke. I did talk to the front desk and didn’t ask to be moved but they said it was because the room next door was a smoking room. Maybe separate the rooms ? All else was great"
