Had issues with the room, AC wasn’t working in the room, the shower water pressure was very bad, toilet was not flushing properly, shower door wasn’t properly working and finally noticed that the room wasn’t cleaned properly before it was given to us to occupy.

The room was perfect! The hotel staff and owner were so kind and very attentive. Their breakfast was really nice and they made sure you had fresh eggs if you wanted them. I found Villa Duse as one of the best places we stayed in Italy. It is a little off the beaten path but that is what made it so charming!
