Our place was excellent. The water park was great, the kids loved the outdoor activities. All the staff was kind and welcoming. There was only one minor inconvenience. We could not get the WiFi to work properly on my kids iPads and our cell phones. It would go in and out all the time.

I would like to thank Reunion Front Office Operations team - Tugce, Omaira, Mallory, Darya, also Anya from waterpark team, It is thanks to their warm hospitality and amazing customer service our family returns to Reunion every year! The villas are spacious, with kitchen and silverware. The lazy river in the waterpark and another pool in Seven Eagles are heated. And every time it’s the best vacation ever ! Thank you. Reunion team!

Staff was unhelpful from check-in to check out. Had to wait for check-in reserved 2 3 bedrooms. Booked through expedia, they couldn't find reservation number. I had to call expedia myself and had them call the hotel. One room was ready at 3 the other one wasn't ready until after 430. I was told that policy check-in starts at 4. At end of stay requested for late checkout was told we only had a extra hour until 11.
Staff was unhelpful and borderline rude.
Had several family members come to Orlando for celebrating birthday and graduation.

Clean room with a Full kitchen as well as a laundry room. The hot tub was my favorite. The staff was friendly. If you have a family, I’m sure they would love the amenities. 2 Pools, jacuzzi, billiard/game room area and a theater. There is also a big gym there.

Staff was very helpful and informative. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was awesome and clean. The bar at the pool made amazing drinks. I loved the activities that they had for the guest. Will stay again.
