The bill for our dinner at the Pinnacle restaurant on 5/30 showed a $10 charge for a Stella Artois. But while we had ordered it, the beverage was never brought to the table. I was really disappointed when I saw that my Amex was charged nevertheless. It took away from an otherwise great experience.

The outstanding feature about the Fairmont in Toronto was the staff. Everyone we encountered (particularly the bellman who assisted us in our arrival & our departure) was very professional and friendly. Our room was small, but had all the important features to make it comfortable. Breakfast was very good in the hotel’s restaurant. We will definitely stay there again if in Toronto.
