Staff and restaurant were very good. Nice room and great bed. No shop with snacks/essentials.

Beautiful location, did not realize it is in the convention center, so access was different (different elevators for different areas) and gym and sauna are in a different area of the building, never did see them since not by the pool. Parking is for smaller vehicles and pay someone other than the hotel. Walkable location and stunning view of the harbour.

Enjoyed staying this hotel the service was excellent and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel amenities were excellent but keep in mind this is a very family friendly resort that caters to children sporting events. Can get a bit noisy and the pool/hottub was full of children at all hours during our stay.

The location was perfect for us with easy access to the subway and walking distance to many places of interest. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful and the same was true of the diningroom staff working at breakfast. We never heard any other guests when in our room. The room layout was the best we've ever had for two people whose sleep schedules are different.
