Friendly & helpful staff, comfy clean and quiet rooms (floor 5), more spacious than I was expecting, good location just 5 minutes from Opera Garnier and a 15 minute walk to the Louvre, lots of bars, cafes & restaurants nearby to choose from.

New modern interior in the rooms and bath; great a/c; great location for shopping, restaurants, the park.

Great location and cozy hotel with everything a person needs.

Breakfast is terrible, and I would avoid it. While it is provided by the restaurant next door to the hotel, items are very basic and stale. Not vegetarian friendly either. In addition the washer and dryer in the basement takes too long to wash and dry. This could be a venting issue but it takes 2.5 to 3 hrs to properly dry clothes. These were complaints shared by others we met at the hotel as well. The rooms are generally fine and no issue and there are ample restaurants near by. Management isn't very helpful or responsive but staff onsite is generally ok.

Clean and convenient, close to Arc de Triomphe, wi-fi is quite fast, downloaded Netflix on ipad quickly for flight home.

A very comfortable hotel in a central location. Room was of a small size but comfortable with a nice bed. Bus and metro lines are close. Excellent breakfast, and very friendly and helpful staff. The fitness room is quite minimal and neither elliptical or treadmill machines seemed in good condition. Plenty of great Paris walks to be enjoyed for exercise. We would stay here again.
