The only reason I didn’t provide 5 stars was because as an American with English as my only language I wasn’t able to enjoy some television after our days of adventures. It might be helpful for some of your guests if you had multiple apps available for your patrons to sign into their own Netflix, Amazon or other.
Aside from that, I had 2 executive rooms and they were both very comfortable. Loved the freebies in the wet bar. It was a short walk to the metro which allowed us to roam all around Paris. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Paris.
Very cool hotel in general - random games (little billiards table, arcade games, etc) to play throughout the lobby and restaurant. Hotel room was clean and nice. Pool could use some love, but honestly I didn't even actually realize there was a pool until my kids found it so it was a bonus anyway.
My biggest complaint would be the staff's lack of English. I don't mean to be a snobby American that expects everyone else to speak English, but if you work in hospitality at a nice hotel in a touristy destination, it seems like that should be a priority.
Overall a great experience at the hotel for my 1 night individual stay.
Staff polite, rooms very clean + tidy and great variety of options for breakfast
Thankyou for a lovely few days , i booked last minute with my brother who has autism while we went disney , hotel was so clean and the breakfast was perfect to

Disliked: Staff & service
When I arrived, the lady on the front desk was very rude and not helpful when I had an issue. Then I spoke to the other gentleman who was on the front desk who looked to be in the manager and he was extremely helpful and polite. I will not be returning due to how rude the woman on the front desk was
The hotel stay was very ordinary, toilet doors broken, main door too tight, shower holder was broken, aircon did not work, room was dark even after switching alll lights. Overall it was a 2 star experience. The only plus point was its location from train station was convenient.

Not what we were expecting
This hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel. First of all the hotel refused to turn on the aircondition even though the room temperature was over 30 degrees at night. We did have trouble sleeping. They told us that the government was prohibiting them from using air condition until June, which is not true. Obviously they are trying to save money although we paid for cooling.
Also I am pretty sure there was bedbugs as we woke up with itchy bumps on our body..
The drain was clogged in the shower.
The breakfast was not impressive.
There was no water in the pool.
The area did not feel safe at all. The lack of maintenance in the surroundings were appalling. It looked like some of the buildings actually were deserted. And there was trash everywhere which smelled really badly.
On a more positive note the metro was not far away, and it was easy going to Paris city. The hotel had a modern look and was fairly clean.
I asked for help to book a taxi, the lady on the reception called some unprofessional random car (which I doubt registered as a taxi). This kind of service was not expected from such brand hotel staff
This hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive. The lobby was beautiful and had plenty of spaces to sit and relax in the quiet atmosphere. Even though the parking was an extra charge, it made all the difference knowing I could park my vehicle safely and securely. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We had a family of four people staying in the room and it kept us very happy. Everyone had their own personal space if needed. Would highly recommend this hotel property. Had an excellent experience checking in with the receptionist on 23 April 2026 at approximately 1800.
Came to the hotel staff wasn’t helpful its was late left me and my children waiting at desk for 2 hours to check in. We was told we was going to be on the lower ground for the children and we was on the top floor. There was also rats outside the hotel. My children were crying. Absolutely disgraceful. Wasn’t helpful speaking English didn’t explain nothing to me just talking in French and saying do not understand .

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The staff are fantastic. Very friendly. The shower was broken, the room was fine and the restaurant (next door at the IBIS) was very poor.
