"Terrible stay . Very poor service . some staffs are very rude . They called us around 10 am and told us to vacant the room at 11 am . When I asked them but your time of check out is 12 pm then how can you ask for check out. How can you talk to your guest like that then they told me we have 11 am check out rule. I show them Hotels.com app but here it’s reflecting 12 pm and I ask for one hour extension for check out then after lot of argument they allow us for two rooms instead of four rooms...

"I had booked the best villa with river facing views. 6 months ahead of time. A day before I had even called the property to confirm my booking and was assured to come. But when I reached the hotel, I was told that my booking is not with them as the mail from hotels.com has not reached....etc... etc... "I have no hesitation in recommending this property for a lovely stay in Rishikesh. We only stayed overnight.A warm welcome, delightful view of Ganga, and staff looked after my senior citizen parents very will at breakfast time.Enough for gluten free breakfast.Once renovation work ( which we knew about in advance) is done it will be even better. Loved the private ghat.We didn't take up all their activities but they have a fair number on offer. Good amenities in room. Figuring out TV took some doing if not technology savvy.Simple instructions might help. Shower drainage fine as long as you don't spend too long in shower ! If you are from the UK, then this will seem ridiculously opulent compared to Travelodge/Premier Inn. I would stay here again."
