"We had a decent stay but the hotel manager charged me for a pre-paid room and then was unable or unwilling to give me a refund. I gave the staff a generous tip when I checked out and still received poor service. I waited three business days to get a response and reimbursement and still haven’t. They didn’t even send me a receipt of what they charged me when I checked out. "

"It's a capsule hotel. I'm not going to pay more than 10-11$ a night for a freaking capsule in Bogota!! Also, detestable: they saw that I was staying longer, so they raised the price up to more than 20$ a night... Double the cost, for the same room. In the name of what? I get a whole studio at this price, in the same area."
