"The hotel was impecable and the service in all the areas as well. The concierge always gave us great recommendations and we were able to go to a very local restaurant per that recommendation. The hotel is
pet friendly
and it was amazing seeing the
pets
gathering in the afternoon tea. Tha quality and variety of the breakfast was also great! I left my glasses in a spa close to the hotel and they were able to help me get them back again ! They went above and beyond on customer service ! "

Mandarin Hotel Managed by Centre Point

4.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (2015)
"Booked 3 nights at this hotel, nice large fragrant reception area. Quick check in, deposit to be taken, we used a credit card. Nice enough room, strange to only have one bedside cabinet. Bathroom was the smallest on our trip, only a shower and not a bath. Nice pool area. The road outside was extremely busy. We walked to Lumpini Park, about a 20 min walk, saw a water monitor! Five minutes to the underground. Nice temple close by. We also went to the snake farm. We didn't have breakfast...

"This was out third stay at the Park, and it didn’t disappoint. Easy access from the Airport with the shuttle bus, and easy access to down town BKK with the train. They have a great breakfast spread, in a very relaxing location, albeit detached from the hotel. Staff are great.. at times a little difficult to communicate in English with reception staff. "
