"This was our first time to Pueblo Bonito and absolutely loved it. The room was a little dated and could use a deep cleaning on the floors and in corners of floors. The service was awesome, especially Gerardo at the pool. Food was amazing as well. We plan on coming back to stay next year. "

The staff were all super friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The Kids Club staff were incredible—they made our child feel truly welcomed and engaged in all the activities they hosted. It’s a perfect spot for families with kids, but also great for adults traveling without children. They do an excellent job catering to both, with dedicated adults-only areas and restaurants. The location is right on the water, across the street from convenience stores, and walking distance to a supermarket. Downtown San Jose feels very cozy and the drive to San Lucas is gorgeous.
