■ The building is a two-story building with a living room, a kitchen, toilet, washroom, and bath on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. Each room is air-conditioned. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners and circulators for your comfort.



■ There is a simple shower outside. You can wash off the sand from the beach.



■ There is no parking space in the facility. Please use metered parking nearby. There are about six metered parking within 5 minutes walking distance. There are relatively many metered parking around this property because the station is nearby. There are also some rental bicycle shops around the property, so please use them.



■ The additional fee of 4,000 yen will be charged from the 3rd guest per person, per night. (No additional guest fee up to 2 guests)

** If the number of guests is false, an extra 8,000 yen per person will be charged. Please be aware of this.



■ Please let us know if you need room cleaning services, linens replacement, or amenities replenishment during your stay.



■ Please do not throw any garbage outside. For long-term stay, we will schedule to come and collect the garbage. Alternatively, you can put them in the box near the smoking area outside.



■ Check-in from 3:00 pm, but can be moved up if the cleaning and inspection are finished early. We will contact you when the cleaning and inspection are completed on the day of check-in. Please note that if the cleaning takes longer, the check-in time will remain at 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 am.
