Rooms were fine, but we did find the thin futons and lack of comfy seating a little too much - but that's maybe typical, and we shouldn't complain too much. We had a fridge, kettle, coffee machine with coffee pods, daily bottles of water. The rooms were a good size. The restaurant served typical Japanese food at breakfast and dinner, which was great, but it didn't change much in the 3 days we were there. Alcohol and drinks are also available at a reasonable price. Each room was given a 50-minute slot each evening to use one of the 2 Onsens - these were very nice, and you had an indoor and an outdoor bath.
