I came down with a terrible head cold after arriving at the hotel. After asking where to find medicine, I was escorted all the way to a local store where the employee helped me find someone who spoke a little English. I was amazed by just how helpful they were. As for the room itself, the pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are very warm and inviting. There were lots of free amenities and was provided with everything I would need to be comfortable during my stay. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the pillow. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris de tout ce que l'hôtel propose : espace détente avec billard, jeu de fléchettes, rafraichissements, fauteuils massants ; espace café avec boissons chaudes ; onsen à privatiser ; karaoké ; verres de vin ; bouchées dessert ; location de vélos. Et tout cela est compris dans le prix de la chambre, sans supplément aucun ! Même le petit déjeuner est inclus. Vraiment une bonne surprise, je recommande vivement. Seul petit bémol, le personnel ne parle quasiment pas anglais. There was hair in the tub when I arrived which made me think about the lack of hygiene when they do the cleaning, so I did not take a nice bath tub with salt bath for the rest of my stay.
