"Overall we had a very enjoyable holiday in a great location ideal for a fishing holiday but also for enjoying the river and amenities of Wroxham. Although the cottage has some new additions such as an awning over the patio, much of it is rather tired and in need of refurbishing having for example mismatched furniture, hole in landing carpet , broken bin in kitchen but nevertheless, comfortable bed, plenty of white fluffy towels and plentiful hot water. Not luxury but worth the 4 star rating."

"On first arrival, we thought the property was very well looked after and having read some of the previous reviews I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I took the upstairs ensuite bedroom which again appears clean and tidy if a little dated. Our son daughter-in-law and two children took the downstairs area.
