"On my second time staying at this property and I was extremely disappointed. On one of the warmest days on record, I learned the front desk monitors the air conditioning for the room. The quality of the iron left rust stains and a black substance on one of blouses. I had requested just bar service instead of full housekeeping and nothing had been brought to the room even after calling downstairs three times for just some bottled water. One of the front desk young men bargged into my room one...
