"Not very straightforward to find the hotel entrance! Quite a long walk from the terminal. Quick check-in, friendly staff. Decent room but not a walk-in shower. Long queue for dinner at 7pm and we’d been told there was no need to book. Obviously more staff needed in the restaurant. The bottle of wine we ordered took ages to arrive. The food was very good, worth the wait. I took the discretionary tip off and gave the staff a cash tip. Breakfast was brilliant, absolutely no complaints."

"The hotel is located in a very nice area in Wimbledon and very close to many restaurants. It is quite and well maintained. Value for money in London is great. Of course, it could be decorated a bit more trendy but it's not necessarily what you expect from such place. It was a nice stay overall."
