Stayed for Goodwood Fest the studio was wonderful clean and comfortable the hosts were really nice people and very helpful, also the dogs loved to play. Would stay again .

I loved the personal touch provided by Jayne. The location was fab and an important aspect for us is off street safe parking. We will definitely be using this again.

Few days of tranquility
Was amazed this property was still available when I booked a last minute break away to see family Check in was easy, communication was fast and friendly The property itself is in the most amazing setting and has beautiful views, and was just what was needed peace and tranquility, the accommodation was immaculately presented and had everything we needed for our stay and the most comfortable bed and amazing shower We cannot wait to stay again

Easter break
Easter break. The property was as described, we found it clean with a lovely fresh scent. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The owners welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was calm and relaxing. During our stay we saw less than one day old lambs, what a bonus!

Restful Getaway
This was a perfect match for my much-needed solo getaway. The studio is spacious and well equipped, with lovely surroundings. With plenty of beautiful countryside to walk in and easy forays into nearby towns such as Littlehampton on the coast and beautiful Arundel, with its impressive castle and wide range of antique shops and galleries, the studio is very well positioned. Did I mention the two pubs down the road and the friendly but discreet hosts?…perfect!

Lovely apartment in good location.
This was just what we needed when meeting relatives in the area. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The only slight negative was the difficulty in finding it. The sign for Selden Blacks was on a tree, 10m down a driveway and not visible from the road :-(. A neighbour helped us find it. Otherwise - recommended.

Lovely property and peaceful location
A really enjoyable stay in this lovey flat. It had everything I needed and more. It was clean and compact but had plenty of room to store away my things. The setting is by a farm and very peaceful with views over fields, a nice place to sit in the warmer evenings. And lovely to see horses, sheep and chickens in the fields and watch the farm dogs play in their garden. I would happily stay again. Thank you.

Beautiful studio and location.
Studio had everything you needed clever use of space never felt cramped. Comfortable and clean. Friendly owners. Located near towns and pubs but felt very much in the countryside. Good walks straight from property.

Excellent accommodation ideally situated for sightseeing. Easy access to pubs, shops and town centre. Very peaceful, with fine views over the adjoining fields which were rich with wildlife. A most enjoyable stay with a friendly and helpful host.

Loved it so much, this is our second time staying!
We stayed here in 2018 and loved it so much planned our trip this year to be sure to include it. Jayne and her husband and all the 4 legged family are wonderfully helpful and just great people. The views are amazing, the location is quiet but close to so many of the Southern England Coastal activities.

Brilliant use of small space to perfectly accommodate the two of us. As we are used to a warmer climate, we found it chilly. I was thrilled to have brought along a hot water bottle to keep my feet warm at night! Very kind hosts.

Cosy and clean studio with everything you could need. Set on a lovely farm with friendly hosts who were happy for you to keep to yourself too. 5-10 minutes walk from a nice pub. Close to both Arundel and the seaside. Would recommend and we would like to stay again.

We stayed here to attend a wedding in the local area. The studio was well presented, beds were comfy and it had a lovely shower room. Jayne the owner was welcoming and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends who want to visit the area.

Quiet and comfortable.
This was a great place to hang out whilst visiting family in the area. We felt it was good value for money and met our needs very well. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Guests are requested to turn off the heater when leaving the suite, so we were rather chilly the first night when we returned from an evening out, but we found a blanket and the heater works well when turned on, so we were comfortable after that. Watch your head if you have to get up in the night as the ceiling is low in places! Unfortunately we were unable to get WiFi, although the network was detected on our last morning, the signal was very weak, and would not pick up at all on the cell phone.

we needed to stay locally as were having a new CH installed, this was so convenient for us as we are both working in the area the studio had everything we needed was modern comfortable and warm. Would recommend to anyone ......so if you have family visiting ,stay here, not with us !!!!! And the eggs are fab !!

A very comfortable stay
The property was calm and ideal for our stay though it was a short stay of 2 nights. A perfect location to explore lots of tourist attractions south of England. December was probably not the month but I am sure it would offer for great walks through the woods in summer. The view from the apartment was enjoyable and relaxing with sheep and hens which we needed the most. The owner was very considerate and helpful. Thanks Jayne! :)

Lovely little getaway!
Me and my partner came from Brighton to get away from all the Hussle and bustle. Couldn't believe this little gem was such a short drive away. The apartment had everything you needed. And was just perfect. Gorgeous surroundings and some lovely pubs around to grab a bite to eat if you didn't fancy cooking. They couldn't of been any more accommodating from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! Highly recommend to anyone! Would definitely stay here again!
