Air con didn’t work, no shampoo, not very clean, big stain on a wall, hairdryer sounded dangerous and was in dire need of replacing and the phone wasn’t answered when I tried o report and get help. Hotel was fully booked due to The Greatest Showman press night that I was attending and working at so I guess everyone was busy. "

"The hotel was a really good we were pleased with our choice particularly with other high ranking hotels in the mix! The staff were extremely warm, welcoming and helpful and the package we got made our stay extra special for our first wedding anniversary! The bar was nice and relaxed and a great range of drinks! We stayed breakfast but chose to have breakfast just one of the mornings initially so we could experience a breakfast in the centre of Cardiff. The breakfast was average and although we ordered our coffees none arrived - this was probably due to how busy it was. The breakfast we had the following day in Cardiff, although slightly more expensive, was delicious, fresh and promptly given. The location of the hotel was excellent! The pillows could be slightly more firm and it was noisy at times in the night due to other guests. Other than these minor things, we had a great time! Thank you 😊 "

"Hotel was lovely modern but with an old school twist. Pianist in the bar, silverware on the breakfast tables and impeccable service by the wonderful staff. Enjoyed our stay, lovely waterfront position. Great food in the river Grille and fabulous cocktails on Ricks. "
