"1) The lack of household items such as toilet rolls and black bags - which we had to buy from the convenient store. This was not great. 2) When you flush the toilet upstairs, water gushed out of the pipe which leaves a very unpleasant smell in the bedroom next to the bathroom/ toilet area. "We had another apartment booked, but 4 days before our holiday it became unavailable due to maintenance issues so we had alternative accommodation offered. On arrival there was beer bottles and rubbish all over the car park entrance. For 3 people in 2 bedrooms we had 1 coat hanger, we had iron but not ironing board, not hot water between 6pm and 8pm sometimes up to 9pm (probably used out by others in the building). "Had a fantastic stay for business. Accommodation Central to everything. Needed to work on the isle of Wight, short (20mins) to the ferry. Host was every responsive to my questions. Would consider staying again for either business or a short break. "
