"Really lovely hotel and happy I booked it. Hotel looks better in person than pictures. We were a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. We had the apartment so it had a kitchen which made it easy for us. Tracey was also lovely and answered my questions fast before coming and was very kind when I got there. Will defo book the seven when I come back to Chester again!"

"Wonderful hotel in the heart of chester. Easy walk to all visitor centre attractions. Clean hotel with loads of room in the room. Would recommend to anyone. Only downside would be the AC turning off during the night"

"Our room was lovely and spacious and very clean. It would have been useful to have a small fridge in the room as the weather was hot when we stayed. A little more effort could have been made with little extras like bottled water, more tea/coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful and although there wasn't a lot of choice for breakfast it was large and very tasty. The only downside was, as we had the windows open day and night, there was some noise from a nearby bar and the bins being emptied and beer delivery early on Friday morning. We would stay here again."
