Excellent location right in the centre of Mathew Street. Rooms can get stuffy as window was unable to be opened and also the air conditioning didn't work. Also can get very loud at night due to the area.

The apartment was nice and we liked the view from the 9th floor windows. There were a few things needing repair or maintenance but overall it was a good place. One negative is finding the place was somewhat difficult, it was not well marked.

Liked everything about it, although our room was over train station it was a bit startling being woken up by the loud speakers at station.other than that great .
