"We spent a long weekend in this lovely beach house with its modern decor and many facilities. It was well placed in the holiday village near to the pub and shop and path to the beach. The path itself was steep in parts but manageable. There is a lovely walk along the beach to Filey. A wondered stay."

"The home was just as we hoped. Very clean, modern decorating, new kitchen and bathrooms, heating was warm and working well. We were allowed to bring our dogs, who had a secure back garden to play in. Nothing bad to say, the owners Steve and Carole, were wonderful and responsive. Thank you, we will be coming back!"

"This accomodation has been the best we’ve experienced so far on our trip. The bed was large and comfortable , the living area and kitchen were just right and the bathroom with bath was wonderful . It was lovely and quiet in spite of being close to shops. It was easy walking distance to bus station and pubs. Overall a terrific place to base ourselves whilst exploring Yorkshire. And we loved the heated floors☺️"

"We stayed at the Cornmill for my father in laws 80th and was quite suprised we were the first !! It was perfect for what we wanted. The whole house suited all 11 of us that came and the dog. The games room and hot tub was perfect for the children it kept them all very occupied, the library at the top of the landing was amazing and caught the eye of the readers in the family ! "The cottage was so close to the centre of Filey it made getting around so easy, the cottage was situated on a quiet street so not at all noisy during the day or night. Immaculately clean bedding and towels, everything that was needed was there to use, and added bonus was Sky TV and the seating area outside. The owner Louise went over and above to be helpful Overall a lovely short stay, wish it had been longer."
