"A great place to stay for us as a stop over on the way to France via the tunnel (20 mins drive).Really comfortable beds, very clean, newly renovated, with a small sitting room and two beds with 2 bathrooms. Just what we were looking for and they let dogs stay. We usually stay in a Premier Inn but this was far better value, plus the pub downstairs was excellent. Good choice of beer, great food and perfect hospitality - what more could you ask for?? Fully recommended!"

"The stay was okay, although the property is a bit farther from the train station and the main tourist attractions than I expected. The room was generally clean. However, when I switched on the electric fan, a lot of dust blew out because it was very dusty. I had to take the fan downstairs to the reception and ask for it to be cleaned. Also, under the side table is dusty. Another concern was that there was no phone in the room, making it difficult to contact reception quickly, especially in case of an emergency. It would be much more convenient to have a faster way to reach the staff when assistance is needed."

I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, and the overall cleanliness was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience."

The breakfast was included which was fantastic and it really was a feast with everything you could want for breakfast.
