"First time visitor! Very impressed with the venue!"

"Very clean room, staff were super friendly along with a great breakfast. Easy parking only thing I would say we were in the room at the front of the property and had people tapping on window along with road noise. Ear plugs and eye mask are provided but the noise was still at a high level that we could hear through ear plugs and they started to hurt my ears after a while.Other than that had a fab stay. "

"The staff were fantastic and showed me to my room and were happy to book a table for me and my friends that evening which was so helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable however the room was very hot all throughout the night so I slept with the fan on. I assumed this was known as there was already a fan in my room so I was happy to sleep with it on but it was noisy, so pack earplugs! The coffee machine was a lovely touch and the room was perfect for what I needed. I would recommend and stay again happily."

"The spa and hotel operate as separate businesses, which means charges cannot be added to the hotel room bill. Unfortunately, this was not explained to us at check-in. While at the spa, we ordered a few drinks and I did not have my card with me. Instead of offering a convenient solution, the staff advised me to get changed, return to my room to collect my card, and then come back to settle the bill. It was an extremely disappointing and inconvenient experience."

"Staff at reception pleasant enough. Could be a great place .. very big ! And possibly in process of renovation ? Not quite as pictures suggest sadly. Just not as clean as it really could be . Also tv in our room very poor and only couple of channels worked .didnt use it enough to worry thankfully,despite staying 2 nights . Bed seemed clean enough just general room/ shower cleanliness ."
