Excelente zona, en el mero centro de Madtid. Lastima que no tiene ascensor, si no setia genial. Tiendas con mucha gente y suciedad por los negocios adyacentes, Lo bueno wue tiene a la Policía enfrente

Room was clean but small by North American standards. Staff was helpful. Hotel was close to Plaza Major. However, it could be noisy sometimes in the evenings or wee mornings because of nearby restaurants and people in the street. This may bother light sleepers.

The positive side is the location. The room is very small, with a bathroom that has no walls and no privacy — fully enclosed in glass.
